Psychotherapy

I see my role as creating a container to support an individual in developing deeper accountability and consent in their relationships, both with themselves and with others. My work is centered on a intersectional feminist approach to narrative therapy; EFT (Emotion Focused Therapy), EMDR (Eye movement Desensitaization and Reprocessing); somatics; and other mindfulness based practices.

RATES:

INDIVIDUALS

50 min sessions are $131.25 for students and low income folks or individuals facing financial hardship***; my standard rate is $157.50 (for those with resources to meet their needs).  My sliding scale options are currently at capacity. My work is covered by most insurance companies.

** Financial hardship is when you are unable to cover your monthly expenses or are not able to establish any savings due to cost of living and you do not own your own home. If you have access to home ownership please use the standard rate. Or you are are employed or have income that allows you  to cover the costs of all of your needs and your able to save please use the standard rate.

COUPLES

My rate is $185 for a 50 minute session and $275 for an 80 minute session.
